PLEASE NOTE: Return shipment costs are covered by the customer. Only damaged/wrong products will be covered by us.

Regular Priced Items

We provide store credit or exchange options for regular-priced items. Email us to request store credit or exchange within 30days to get the process started.

Please note:

  • Returns are not eligible for refunds.
  • Return request must be received AND confirmed within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • All items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging with tags.
  • Serendipti reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or does not meet the eligibility.
  • Original shipping fees, taxes, and other costs are not eligible to be refunded upon your return.
  • Any duties associated with international orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return cost must be covered by the customer. Exceptional cases may apply. (Exceptions: Damaged products or wrong order received. Sizing issues will not be considered our responsibility, please contact us at support@serendipiti.shop for any questions regarding product details and size matching.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@serendipiti.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancelling or Changing the order
You cannot cancel/change your order once the order is processed for shipping. Please ensure your order before confirming the payment. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that were purchased under any sales or promotions cannot be returned for a store credit/exchange. Items that were worn, used, or damaged are not eligible for a return as well.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with our store credit.
